Privacy Policy
Agentic Workflow Builder (“the app”) is made by Algobear Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company in India. The app lets you work with an AI assistant and build workflows that use the products you connect, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and Slack. This policy says what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can see or delete it.
The short version
- We collect only what the app needs to do what you ask.
- We never sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
- The app reads or changes a connected product’s data only when you ask it to.
- You can delete your data at any time: see Deleting your data.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address, and either your password (kept only as a one-way hash) or your Google sign-in.
- What you make in the app: your chats, workflows and their results, and the files you upload or the app creates for you.
- Memories: notes the assistant keeps about your preferences and decisions, so it can help you better next time (see Memories).
- Connected products: when you connect a product, we keep its sign-in (an access token) so the app can act for you. The app then reads the data a request needs, as you ask.
- Usage records: a record of the AI model calls the app makes for you (what was sent, what came back and what it cost), so we can fix problems and show you what you’ve spent.
Facebook, Instagram and Meta ads
When you connect Meta, you choose what to allow on Facebook’s own sign-in screen. Depending on what you allow, the app can:
- read your Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts: their posts, comments and insights (reach, views, likes, saves, shares and follower numbers);
- publish posts and reply to comments on your Instagram accounts;
- read your ad accounts, campaigns and their results, and create, change, boost, pause or start ads.
We use this data only to do what you ask in the app and to show it to you. Publishing a post, replying to a comment, and creating or changing an ad each wait for your OK unless you change that setting for that tool. New ads are made paused, so nothing is spent until you start them. We don’t use your Meta data for advertising or to build profiles, we don’t use it to train AI models, and we don’t sell it or share it except as described below.
How we use your data
- To run the app: answer your messages, run your workflows, and act on the products you connect, as you ask.
- To keep it working and safe: fix problems, stop misuse, and keep your sign-ins secure.
- To show you what the app has spent for you.
AI models
To answer you, the app sends your message and what the assistant needs for it (for example, a post’s caption or numbers) to an AI model provider, such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, often through Vercel’s or OpenRouter’s AI gateway. They process it to send the answer back. Pictures and videos you ask for are made by image and video providers such as fal.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the app for us: hosting (Amazon Web Services) and the AI providers and gateways above.
- The products you connect, when you ask the app to act on them.
- When the law requires it, or to protect people’s safety or our rights.
If Algobear is merged or sold, your data would move with the app and stay under this policy.
Memories
The assistant remembers things that help it help you: your preferences, your decisions, and personal details such as your family or diet when they shape your requests. After a chat goes quiet, an AI model reads it to find what’s worth remembering. You can see, change and delete your memories in Settings › Memory, and turn memory off in Settings › Account.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. Removing a connected product in the app deletes its saved sign-in straight away. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except anything the law requires us to keep.
Keeping it safe
The sign-ins and keys for the products you connect are encrypted when stored, and the app is only served over HTTPS. Your chats, workflows and files are yours: other people can see them only if you share them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to rahil@algobear.ai. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can also raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer, Rahil Bhansali, at the same address. We reply within 30 days.
Deleting your data
You can remove the app’s access to a product at any time, and ask us to delete everything we hold about you. Here’s how.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The app keeps your sign-in in your browser so you stay signed in.
Children
The app isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app when a change matters to you.
